The Challenge
SportsTalk 24/7 needed to bring five distinct engagement tools — live chat, private messaging, comments, emotion reactions, and polls — into a single, intuitive platform for sports fans. The core UX challenge: how do you moderate conversations at scale during live events with unlimited participants, without killing the energy of real-time fan interaction?
Our Approach
We mapped every user journey — from a first-time fan dropping into a live game chat to a moderator reviewing flagged content during a broadcast. We designed the moderation flow to combine AI filtering with community-driven reporting, so toxic content gets caught without bottlenecking the conversation. The result: a platform where moderation feels invisible to good-faith users.

The Challenge
SPLASH Fashion TV covers the world's most prestigious fashion events — New York Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, London Fashion Week — and needed a digital presence that matched the caliber of the designers they feature. The platform had to feel as polished as a runway show while serving a diverse global audience across cultures and devices.
Our Approach
We started with the brand's philosophy — "Simply Beautiful" — and let it drive every design decision. The UX strips away excess to put photography and editorial content at the center. We designed the information architecture to serve multiple content verticals (runway, street style, lifestyle) without overwhelming the viewer, and ensured the experience translates seamlessly for a global fashion audience.

Brand voice definition — established the "Simply Beautiful" editorial tone that carries across all content, from headlines to photo captions, reflecting minimalist sophistication
